A study evaluated the safety and feasibility of a robotic true D3 lymph node dissection using a superior mesenteric vein taping technique for right colon cancer. The technique allowed for accurate exposure of the ileocolic artery and provided a good view for lymph node dissection. In 14 patients, no significant complications or mortality were observed. The findings suggest that this robotic procedure is safe and feasible, offering a promising surgical option for advanced right colon cancer patients.
