Multidisciplinary team management in retroperitoneal liposarcoma treatment led to higher overall survival rates at 1, 3, and 5 years, improved diagnostic consistency, reduced perioperative mortality and postoperative complications, and enhanced disease awareness and postoperative compliance. The intervention showed significant benefits in clinical outcomes and diagnostic accuracy, highlighting the importance of multidisciplinary approaches in managing retroperitoneal liposarcoma patients undergoing surgery.
