STITCHES reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if it becomes corrupted in any manner such that it cannot be conducted as originally planned. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or tamper with the referral system or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and STITCHES reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from such a person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

STITCHES is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering, or the announcement of any rewards/offers, or in the administration of this promotion.

There is a 14-day redemption window for all referral prizes. Once that window has closed, your code will no longer be valid. If you reach out looking to redeem a prize for referrals garnered before January 1, 2024, STITCHES will be unable to honor those referrals.

This promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
