Adrenal hemorrhage, often triggered by trauma, presents diverse clinical manifestations. A retrospective analysis of 193 cases revealed a majority of unilateral hemorrhages, with trauma as the leading cause. Notably, many adrenal nodules went undetected initially, underscoring the importance of thorough evaluation. Follow-up imaging demonstrated varied changes in hemorrhage size, suggesting the need for continued monitoring to identify nodules requiring hormonal assessment.
