Clinicians developed a nomogram to predict cancer-specific survival (CSS) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients without lymph node metastasis (LNM), achieving high accuracy in both internal and external validation. Analysis of 6,840 HCC patients revealed age, gender, bone metastasis, lung metastasis, AFP, T stage, surgery, and chemotherapy as significant prognostic factors. The nomogram’s concordance index (C-index) reached 0.746 to 0.777, and the area under curve (AUC) was 0.81, 0.800, and 0.800 at 1, 3, and 5 years, respectively. These results suggest potential for guiding clinical decisions.
