Early Recurrence Prediction in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Patients

Pre-operative enhanced MRI combined with clinical features can predict early recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma after radical resection. Patient age, microvascular invasion, tumor boundary, and large vessel invasion were identified as independent predictive factors. The combined predictors had an area under the curve of 0.861, suggesting a reasonable predictive model for early recurrence of HCC.
