The prevalence of neoplastic polyps in gallbladder polyps increases with age. Linear scoring models based on ultrasound features effectively predicted neoplastic polyps in different age groups. Independent risk factors included number and size of polyps. The models outperformed using polyp size alone. This study provides valuable insights for tailored treatment strategies in patients with gallbladder polyps.
