Patients with “oligo-like liver metastasis” (OLLM) in post-surgical pancreatic cancer have better overall survival after recurrence through surgical intervention. Key factors defining OLLM include long recurrence-free interval, stable disease interval, and fewer recurrent tumors. OLLM patients show significantly improved prognosis compared to non-OLLM patients, suggesting OLLM as a potential prognostic indicator for post-recurrence survival and guiding treatment decisions.
