During a study of 1056 patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy, 75% achieved a textbook outcome (TO). Factors like age, ASA classification, and tumor characteristics influenced TO attainment. Notably, patients reaching TO showed improved survival rates, suggesting its importance in precision surgery and patient outcomes.
