Minimally invasive robotic right hepatectomy with en bloc caudatectomy is safe and feasible for Bismuth IIIa hilar cholangiocarcinoma, with successful outcomes and minimal complications. The technique allows for radical resections and satisfactory postoperative recoveries, demonstrating a new surgical approach for challenging hepatic conditions. This approach offers a potential alternative for patients requiring right hemihepatectomy combined with total caudate lobectomy.
