Endoscopic therapy is safe and effective for stoma closure site strictures in patients with ileal pouches, providing symptomatic relief and avoiding surgery. Immediate technical success was achieved in 90.4% of interventions, with no need for surgical intervention during follow-up. Post-procedural complications were minimal, with 66.7% of patients reporting symptom improvement. Both endoscopic balloon dilation and stricturotomy/strictureplasty show promising outcomes in treating these strictures.
