Prognostic Stratification in pT4bN0M0 Colorectal Cancer Patients

Colorectal cancer patients at stage pT4b exhibit varied prognoses based on invaded organs following multivisceral resection. Those with digestive or genitourinary system invasion show significantly better survival outcomes compared to gynecological system invasion. Age and type of organs invaded are key prognostic factors. Stratifying patients based on these factors reveals distinct risk groups with notable survival differences. Invasion site helps prognosticate outcomes for pT4bN0M0 colorectal cancer patients.
