Developed predictive model using a nomogram to predict anastomotic stricture post anterior resection for rectal cancer. Key predictors include radiotherapy, diverting stoma, anastomotic leakage, and anastomotic distance. The model demonstrated high accuracy with AUC of 0.889 for training set and 0.930 for validation set. Nomogram has clinical value in predicting anastomotic stricture, aiding clinicians in improving patient outcomes and quality of life.
