A nomogram model was developed to predict gallstone recurrence after gallbladder-preserving surgery based on identified risk factors. Factors such as gallstone duration, symptoms, number of stones, cholecystitis history, and diet were significant predictors. The nomogram showed good predictive value (c-index = 0.692). Clinicians can utilize this model to strategize treatment for gallstone patients, suggesting caution with gallbladder-preserving surgery for those at high recurrence risk.
