Filgotinib 200 mg demonstrated efficacy in treating perianal fistulising Crohn’s disease, with a higher proportion of participants achieving a combined fistula response compared to lower doses and placebo. Serious adverse events were more frequent with the 200 mg dose, but no treatment-related serious adverse events or deaths were reported. Filgotinib 200 mg was generally well tolerated, showing promise as a potential treatment option for this condition.
