Double tract reconstruction after proximal gastrectomy demonstrates improved quality of life and better postoperative BMI maintenance, compared to other reconstruction methods. Results show reduced postoperative reflux symptoms, anxiety, and enhanced swallowing ability in the dtr group. Additionally, double tract reconstruction shows satisfactory anti-reflux effects and potential improvements in patient well-being and nutrition status, presenting a favorable option for patients with proximal gastric cancer.
