3D Laparoscopy Shows Superior Therapeutic Effects in Colorectal Cancer Treatment

3D laparoscopy demonstrates significant improvement in intraoperative blood loss, faster postoperative recovery, shorter operation time, and hospital stay compared to conventional 2D laparoscopy for radical rectal cancer surgery. However, no clear advantage was observed for radical colon cancer surgery. Additionally, 3D laparoscopy increases the number of dissected lymph nodes in radical colon cancer cases but not in rectal cancer cases, suggesting its potential for enhancing therapeutic outcomes in colorectal cancer treatment.
