Robotic CME Effective for Right Colon Cancer

Feasibility and efficacy of robotic complete mesocolic excision (CME) with intracorporeal anastomosis for right colon cancer were analyzed in 110 patients. Results show a median operative time of 184 minutes, minimal blood loss, and low complication rates. Conversions were minimal, with acceptable postoperative outcomes. Robotic CME with central vessels ligation appears safe and effective for treating right colon cancer.
