Robotic Assisted Common Bile Duct Exploration in Complex Gallstone Disease

Robotic-assisted cholecystectomy with common bile duct exploration provides a single-stage solution for complex gallstone disease. A series of emergent and expedited robotic procedures showed feasibility, safety, and effectiveness in treating patients. The robotic platform, alongside innovative adjuncts, enhances precision and outcomes in managing complex gallstone disease. Results indicate successful clearance of bile duct stones, low postoperative complications, and no retained stones after follow-up, affirming the potential of robotic-assisted procedures in this context.
