Task division in robotic pancreaticoduodenectomy improves outcomes and education

Task division by multiple console surgeons in robotic pancreaticoduodenectomy significantly reduced operation time and postoperative complications compared to a single console surgeon approach. Despite less experienced surgeons, the turnover between resection and reconstruction led to safer pancreatojejunostomy. Surgeons adopting the multiple approach observed early benefits with reduced surgical time and fewer complications, highlighting the potential for improved outcomes and educational advantages.
