Robotic liver parenchymal transection using the SynchroSeal demonstrated superior outcomes compared to the Vessel Sealer, with lower blood loss (48 ml vs 95 ml) and similar perioperative results. The SynchroSeal led to low conversion rates, minimal blood loss, short hospital stays, and acceptable morbidity. This analysis highlights the safety and effectiveness of the SynchroSeal for liver surgery, indicating its potential as an optimal device for robotic parenchymal transection.
