The implementation of an operating room nursing safety management model based on Heinrich’s law led to a notable decrease in nursing safety accidents and improved nursing competencies. Quantitative analyses demonstrated significant enhancements in staff skills, health education, and patient satisfaction post-intervention (p < 0.05). Key factors influencing safety included the nursing staff's business ability and the operating room environment. These findings underscore the importance of standardized protocols and staff training in enhancing perioperative safety.
