An innovative online nomogram has been developed to predict the risk of lymph node metastasis (LNM) in colon cancer patients, enhancing treatment decision-making. Built on data from 412 patients, the model identified eight key independent predictors, demonstrating high discriminative ability with AUCs of 0.834 and 0.872 in training and validation cohorts, respectively. This tool presents significant clinical value, aligning predicted outcomes with actual results and offering insights for better patient management pre-surgery.
