Mobilizing patients with abdominal neoplasms within 24 hours post-surgery significantly improved their mobility compared to those receiving standard physiotherapy. Patients in the intervention group displayed higher mobility scores on the ICU Mobility Scale, both initially and at discharge from the ICU, indicating a positive outcome for early mobilization. While both groups experienced a decline in performance on the timed up and go test, the decline was notably significant only in the control group.
