Exploring laparoscopic liver surgeries, researchers scrutinized 112 patients undergoing laparoscopically limited anatomic resections (LARs) for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and colorectal liver metastasis (CRLM). Impressively, lap-LAR demonstrated precise technique, yielding promising oncologic outcomes with low complications.
