Robotic resection for perihilar cholangiocarcinoma is a safe and feasible approach with acceptable short-term clinical and oncological outcomes. In a multicenter study of 38 patients, the majority had Klatskin type-3 tumors. The median age was 72 years, and most patients underwent preoperative biliary drainage. The procedure had a median operative time of 481 minutes and 82% achieved R0 resection margins. Complications occurred in 16% of patients, and the median length of stay was 6 days. With a median follow-up of 15 months, 68% of patients were alive without disease, 13% had recurrence, and 19% died.
