Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), and systemic immune inflammation index (SII) significantly predict the necessity for therapeutic surgery in patients with anterior abdominal stab wounds (AASW), aiding in clinical decision-making. NLR showed high accuracy in predicting therapeutic surgery, outperforming PLR and SII.
