Study evaluates optimal treatment strategies for nonfunctioning small pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms, highlighting the impact of tumor size and grade on lymph node metastasis, recurrence, and survival. Personalized treatment approaches considering tumor grading are recommended for heterogeneous nf-spnens. Tumor size >20 mm for net-g1 and >10 mm for net-g2 or higher are suggested thresholds for surgical resection.
