This systematic review and network meta-analysis compared the oncologic outcomes and surgical completeness of gasless transaxillary approach (GTAA), bilateral axillo-breast approach (BABA), and transoral approach (TOA) with conventional transcervical thyroidectomy (CTT). Results suggest similar oncologic outcomes in GTAA, BABA, and TOA compared to CTT, with GTAA potentially less effective in surgical completeness. Overall recurrence rates were low and comparable across techniques.
