Implementation of a quality improvement program led to increased primary care provider-initiated evaluation of adrenal incidentalomas, with 35.5% meeting the primary endpoint in the quality improvement cohort compared to 27.6% in the historical cohort. Patients in the quality improvement cohort had 1.70 times higher odds of undergoing primary care provider-initiated evaluation. Adrenal surgery rates did not significantly differ between cohorts.
