Proficiency growth was evident after about 50 cases, with challenges varying across early and late phases. Traction-assisted ESD, particularly planned traction, proved beneficial in lesion management. “Strategy-focused” training consistently adapted to diverse difficulty factors, showcasing successful outcomes.
