Indocyanine green (ICG) dosage of 0.02 mg/bmi demonstrated better biliary structure detection rates in laparoscopic cholecystectomy compared to lower and higher doses. The medium and higher dose groups showed superior visualization of common bile duct structures. Medium dose was non-inferior to higher dose ICG, indicating its effectiveness in reducing intraoperative bile duct injuries.
