Adrenalectomy significantly improved body weight, glucose, and blood pressure in patients with mild autonomous cortisol secretion. The study found a higher frequency of improved control in the adrenalectomy group compared to the control group. Factors like adrenalectomy, body mass index, and cortisol levels were associated with better weight control, while adrenalectomy and diabetes were linked to improved glucose control. Adrenalectomy and hypertension showed associations with enhanced blood pressure control.
