EndoRobotic Submucosal Dissection for Colorectal Neoplasia

EndoRobotic Submucosal Dissection using the da Vinci SP platform showed a 100% en-bloc resection rate in 28 patients with colorectal neoplasms. There were no intraoperative complications or mortality, with only two minor postoperative complications. Pathology outcomes revealed a mix of benign and malignant lesions, indicating the procedure’s safety and feasibility. Further studies are needed to confirm its advantages over conventional methods.
