TRIANGLE operation, combined with adequate adjuvant chemotherapy, can improve the prognosis of pancreatic head cancer. The triangle operation is safe for PDAC patients undergoing PD, reduces local recurrence rates, and may enhance patient survival with proper adjuvant chemotherapy support, according to a retrospective study. This surgical approach shows promising long-term oncological outcomes for patients with resectable pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
