Two-step vascular exclusion and in situ hypothermic portal perfusion during liver resection proves safe and effective for patients with advanced hepatic hydatidosis. With minimal complications and reduced anhepatic time, this technique allows for successful surgical treatment, resulting in good postoperative recovery and shortened hospital stays. Overall, this approach demonstrates promising outcomes in managing end-stage hepatic hydatid disease.
