Analysis of 6829 patients showed those receiving postoperative chemotherapy had significantly better overall survival rates compared to those who did not. Effective prognostic nomograms were developed, offering clinicians valuable tools for personalized treatment planning and promoting precision medicine for patients with colorectal mucinous adenocarcinoma. These findings highlight the survival benefits of postoperative chemotherapy in this patient population.
