A unique single-site plus-two ports technique for reduced-port robotic pancreaticoduodenectomy (rprpd) was reviewed in fifty patients, demonstrating safety and feasibility. The median operative time was 351 minutes, with an estimated blood loss of 80 ml. All procedures were completed without conversion to open surgery, and major postoperative morbidity occurred in 12% of cases. The innovative “gooseneck traction” method enhanced surgical field visibility and arm maneuverability, marking a significant enhancement in robotic surgical techniques.
