A novel nomogram has been developed to predict postoperative survival in gallbladder cancer patients, incorporating eight critical factors including TNM stage and serum biomarkers. Performance metrics demonstrated consistent time-dependent concordance indices exceeding 0.70 and area under the curve surpassing 75% for 1-, 3-, and 5-year survival rates. These findings indicate strong prognostic capability and generalizability, offering clinicians a practical tool for enhancing decision-making and improving patient outcomes beyond traditional models.
