An analysis of 2,106 geriatric trauma patients revealed distinct patterns in incidence and causes. Fall-related injuries constituted 59.35% of cases, predominantly affecting women. The data highlighted peak trauma times between 14:00-16:00, with increased incidents in summer and autumn. Other causes included road traffic accidents and various mechanical injuries. The average length of stay was approximately 78 minutes. These findings emphasize the need for targeted prevention strategies and improvements in trauma care for the elderly.
