A predictive nomogram developed using data from 241 colorectal cancer patients incorporates key inflammatory markers to assess lymph node metastasis risk. Significant independent risk factors include smoking history, neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio, lymphocyte-monocyte ratio, fibrinogen-albumin ratio, and fecal occult blood tests. The model demonstrates robust predictive capabilities, validated through receiver operating characteristic curve analysis and external data from 170 patients. Its clinical utility enhances decision-making for management in colorectal cancer cases.
