Endoscopic techniques, including mucosal resection and submucosal dissection, provide effective treatment for dysplastic lesions in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). The cohort consisted of predominantly middle-aged males, with diverse resection methods employed and promising results observed in addressing colorectal dysplasia.
