Hepatectomy guided by indocyanine green fluorescence navigation has demonstrated significant benefits over conventional methods for treating hepatocellular carcinoma. Key findings reveal reduced operation time, intraoperative blood loss, and lower transfusion rates, while improving the R0 resection rate and decreasing postoperative complications. Notably, the length of hospital stay showed no significant differences. These results suggest that integrating fluorescence imaging into surgical practices can enhance patient outcomes and surgical efficiency.
