A novel axon guidance-related microRNA panel (AGMP) has shown exceptional predictive capabilities for local recurrence in pancreatic cancer patients following curative surgery. This model, trained on diverse cohorts, achieved an AUC of 0.95 in the training cohort and maintained high validation scores across three independent cohorts ranging from 0.90 to 0.94. Additionally, the AGMP demonstrated robustness in predicting recurrence from pretreatment blood samples, emphasizing its potential in guiding personalized treatment strategies.
