A study evaluating tumour pseudocapsule status using CT-based radiomics found that patients with a complete pseudocapsule showed significantly better recurrence-free survival rates than those with an incomplete pseudocapsule. Specifically, 3- and 5-year survival rates were 94.8% and 92.5% for the complete group compared to 76.7% and 70.4% for the incomplete group. This radiomics-predictive model effectively identifies pseudocapsule status, suggesting that enucleation may be more beneficial for patients with intact pseudocapsules.
