Precision medicine’s role in tailoring neoadjuvant regimens, such as gene testing, and a multidisciplinary approach are emphasized. Tailored management post-chemotherapy is necessary due to diverse biological behaviors. Overall, this review underscores the importance of refining neoadjuvant strategies for improved patient outcomes.
