Robotic gastrectomy shows comparable 3-year disease-free survival and overall survival rates to laparoscopic gastrectomy in patients with gastric cancer. Sensitivity analysis also demonstrates similar outcomes in advanced cases. Robotic gastrectomy is associated with less blood loss, lower conversion rate, and shorter hospital stays, making it a safe approach for resectable gastric cancer cases.
