Gastric neuroendocrine neoplasms (GNENs) exhibit unique characteristics based on their type. Incidence is rising, with GNENs including carcinomas and tumors. Different types require distinct approaches, with type III often needing locoregional and systemic treatments. Treatment data is limited, but insights from other neuroendocrine tumors are used. Enhanced understanding of molecular and clinical aspects is crucial for improving patient outcomes.
