Clinical Significance of C-Reactive Protein-Albumin-Lymphocyte Index in Gastric Cancer Patients

The preoperative C-reactive protein-albumin-lymphocyte (CAlly) index is an independent prognostic factor for overall and disease-free survival in patients with gastric cancer. It is also a valuable predictive marker for postoperative surgical site infection, highlighting its potential clinical significance in perioperative and oncologic management of gastric cancer patients.
