Impact of Tumor Marker Regression Load Score on Prognosis of Gastric Cancer Patients

Novel findings suggest that the Tumor Marker Regression Load Score (TMRLS) is a significant independent prognostic factor for gastric cancer patients undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy and radical surgery. Patients with high TMRLS who received postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy showed better survival outcomes. The TMRLS-based nomogram demonstrated superior predictive performance compared to traditional staging methods. These results provide valuable insights for optimizing treatment strategies and improving long-term outcomes in gastric cancer patients.
